One of our Thanksgiving traditions is Lefsa!! (Actually it's a Christmas Tradition too!) Lefsa is a traditional soft Norwegian flat bread made with potatoes, butter, half and half, salt, sugar and flour. It's cooked on a griddle like a tortilla. Then, when it's all done, you put butter and sugar on it, roll it up like a burrito and enjoy! It's soooooo good! What is a Thanksgiving tradition in your family?
