TV Doctors Pay Tribute To Real Ones

Stars paid tribute to health care workers on the front lines of coronavirus in honor of World Health Day. That includes actors who played doctors on television, too, like Olivia Wilde and Patrick Dempsey,who have paid tribute along with many of their fellow “fake doctors” to medical workers in a new video posted to Wilde’s Instagram.

“On behalf of fake doctors everywhere, we want to thank the actual healthcare superheroes on the front lines of the crisis,” Wilde writes in the caption, linking to the“First Responders First” fund. “Please consider donating to buy essential resources for these first responders who are risking their lives for us.”

The video stars Wilde, Dempsey, “Doogie Howser” Neil Patrick Harris,“Grey’s Anatomy’s” Sandrah Oh and Kate Walsh,”Scrubs’”Zach Braff and Donald Faison,“Nurse Jackie’s”Edie Falco, Lisa Edelstein, Kal Penn, Julianna Margulies and even Jennifer Garner,who played a doctor in “Dallas Buyers Club.”
