I got out my Instant Pot yesterday and finally used it! I found a recipe for Pinto Beans….modified it a little….and it was DELICIOUS! And easy I may learn how to cook yet! LOL. Here’s what I did….
•A bunch of diced onions, red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper and celery
•1tbsp Better than Bullion
•1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
•1 1/4 tsp. kosher sea salt
•1 tsp. chili powder
•1/2 tsp. cumin
•1/2 tsp. paprika
•1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
•1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
•1 lb. pinto beans soaked overnight
•Enough water to halfway fill the pot
Saute the veggies in butter. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add the water. Cook for 20 minutes in the Instant Pot. YUMMY!
