For the first time since the start of the pandemic, Universal Studios Hollywood will be opening its gates once again for fans. However, this time it's going to be a special event where guess can shop, dine and stroll through most of the theme park on weekends. The “Taste of Universal” is a ticketed event that will begin March 12th. It will be held each Friday to Sunday from 12 to 7 p.m. Of course, rides, shows, and attractions will remain closed, but at least you'll be able to wander around the park to shop and eat. The areas you'll be able to go include The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, The Simpsons Springfield U.S.A, The Minion Cafe, and more.
A “Taste of Universal” will also include access to areas of the park where nearly 70 culinary options will be available to you. Tickets start at $44 for adults and includes five tasting options and for children ages 3 to 9, tickets will be $25 and includes three tasting choices. If you have an annual or season pass, you'll get a discount on the tickets. Universal Studios Hollywood will have safety measures in place including a mask requirement, capacity limits and physical distancing measures. You can find more information about the event here.
